Ctac acquires Technology2Enjoy

01 June 2022

‘s-Hertogenbosch, 1 June 2022 – Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) has reached an agreement on the acquisition of all shares in Technology2Enjoy B.V. (T2E). T2E provides IT consultancy services for the application, implementation and integration of SAP (Business ByDesign and S/4HANA), Oracle Peoplesoft and Oracle Cloud software. T2E is primarily active as an implementation partner of SAP Business ByDesign. The company is based in Amstelveen, the Netherlands, and currently has 20 employees and records annual revenue of approximately € 3 million.

Ctac CEO Pieter-Paul Saasen: “This acquisition is a seamless fit with our strategy to strengthen our position as a Business & Cloud integrator. The onboarding of Technology2Enjoy, enables us to continue to expand our ERP portfolio and to respond to the market trend of organisations opting for a simple ERP core according to the principle ‘keep the core clean’. SAP Business ByDesign meets this growing demand for more agility and effectiveness, and we expect to see further growth in this segment of the ERP market.”

Eddy van der Laan, Technology2Enjoy Director: “As part of Ctac, we can offer our clients in the ERP cloud market more stability and a wider range of IT services. Thanks to our expertise in the field of SAP Business ByDesign, we can also offer Ctac’s mid-market clients an ERP cloud solution that has proven to be user-friendly and innovative. Our consultancy services in the field of Oracle PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud complements Ctac’s existing ERP portfolio and we expect to see growth on this front as well. We see lots of opportunities to strengthen each other through all possible forms of collaboration. This makes Ctac the logical party for us to join forces with.”

T2E will contribute to the growth of Ctac’s consultancy and secondment activities as of Q3 2022. The acquisition will also make an immediate contribution to Ctac’s EBITDA and earnings per share. Ctac will pay the full acquisition price from its own resources and will not raise additional financing or issue shares. Eddy van der Laan will stay on and will lead the SAP Business ByDesign / Oracle PeopleSoft services within Ctac.

The acquisition of T2E is a seamless fit with Ctac’s strategy, which is aimed at supporting our clients in their digital transformation, among other things, by offering the most suitable end-to-end IT solutions. Ctac’s strategy is focused on gaining leading positions in the following domains: ERP solutions, Cloud Services, Modern Workplace, Integration and Security. In addition, this acquisition offers junior consultants more opportunities to learn to oversee and understand the full scope of business processes at a relatively early stage in their training to become consultants. This will help Ctac make the shift to a more client-centric and talent-oriented organisation.
