’s-Hertogenbosch, 8 April 2026 – Ctac N.V. (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC), a leading listed IT and digital transformation partner, today announces that Paul de Koning will step down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Board of Directors in mid-2026. It has been agreed by mutual consent that he will step down from his position.

Paul de Koning has served as CFO of Ctac since February 2023, and during this period, he has made an important contribution to the development and execution of the Group’s strategy and to strengthening the financial organisation.

Ctac expects to provide further updates regarding his succession in the coming weeks. The Supervisory Board has initiated the process to provide for his succession. Paul de Koning will remain available until his departure to ensure a careful handover of his responsibilities.
