With that challenge in mind, Ctac recently organised an AI Café. During this event, more than 120 colleagues from different areas of expertise came together to share experiences, customer cases and AI initiatives. It is precisely this cross-pollination of ideas and expertise that helps valuable insights become visible faster, encourages dialogue and accelerates practical adoption across the organisation.
An evening of knowledge sharing and inspiration
Knowledge sharing and inspiration were at the heart of the AI Café. Colleagues presented examples from customer projects, shared experiences of using AI in their day-to-day work and explored insights from a wide range of initiatives across the organisation.
The strong turnout reflected a trend we also see among many of our customers: interest in AI continues to grow, and organisations are actively exploring new opportunities. At the same time, this creates a new challenge. How do you ensure that valuable insights do not remain within individual teams or projects, but become accessible to the wider organisation?
That is exactly why the AI Café was designed as a place where experiences, ideas and lessons learned come together. Ultimately, the success of AI is not determined by the technology itself, but by an organisation’s ability to share knowledge and bring people along on the journey.
AI adoption requires more than technology
Many organisations are currently investing in AI through pilots, use cases and new applications. These are important steps, but successful AI adoption requires more than technology alone. Real value is created when employees understand how AI can support their daily work and when knowledge and experiences are actively shared.
This is where initiatives such as the AI Café make a real difference. By bringing people together, exchanging practical experiences and showcasing successful use cases, organisations create an environment where innovation spreads more quickly. As a result, AI evolves from a promising experiment into a widely adopted part of the organisation.
From individual initiatives to organisation-wide impact
For many organisations, the challenge is no longer finding new AI applications, but scaling them successfully. How do you turn a successful pilot into a widely adopted way of working? How do you prevent knowledge from becoming fragmented? And how do you encourage employees to actively explore new possibilities?
Knowledge sharing plays a crucial role in answering these questions. When employees gain insight into what works, which results are being achieved and what experiences their colleagues have gained, confidence grows. That confidence encourages people to explore new applications themselves, creating a flywheel effect where innovation is not limited to isolated experiments but contributes to sustainable organisational change.
This focus on knowledge sharing, engagement and practical applicability also forms the foundation of our vision on AI adoption.
EveryDay AI in practice
This vision aligns seamlessly with our EveryDay AI approach. Successful AI adoption is not just about technology; it is about people. It is about sharing knowledge, building skills and creating support across the organisation.
The AI Café demonstrated the energy that is created when people come together around a shared topic. Not simply to talk about technology, but to exchange experiences, learn from one another and explore how AI can genuinely add value in everyday practice.
Because in the end, the success of AI is not defined by the technology itself, but by how effectively organisations embed that technology into daily work.
