’s-Hertogenbosch, 6 November 2025 – Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Ctac) (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) has taken note of the press release issued by Value8 N.V. (Value8) on 5 November 2025.
In its press release, Value8 announced that the mandatory public offer for all issued and outstanding ordinary shares of Ctac has been declared unconditional. Upon completion of the offer, Value8 will hold a total stake of 66.9% in Ctac.
