Turn Your Queries into Smart Chains
Query is a powerful feature that is often underutilized within organizations. It’s included as part of the standard license, although the focus tends to be more on Transaction. An additional strength of Query is the ability to link multiple queries together and make them dependent on one another.
In this session, we’ll walk you through how to effectively use Query, with a focus on chaining queries, showing how the output of one query can be used as the input for the next.
We’ll then demonstrate how these queries can be scheduled to run on a regular basis, either locally or by using the server-based version of Precisely Automate: Studio Manager.

FIORI recording: Manage product master data and commodity codes in S/4HANA
In the classic ECC system, products are maintained via GUI transactions MM01, MM02, and MM03. With S/4HANA, SAP introduced FIORI apps to manage product data in a more user-friendly way, offering enhanced functionality.
Unlike in ECC, commodity codes can no longer be maintained directly in the material master or through customizing. Instead, SAP has introduced dedicated FIORI apps for this purpose.
In this session, you will learn how to maintain your product data and commodity codes using FIORI recordings with Precisely Automate Studio.

Learn what’s coming in Studio – New capabilities
1. Studio for Google Sheets – Just like with Excel, this feature allows users to use Google Sheets as a Studio runner for mass managing SAP data.
2. Studio for ODATA API automation – Enables automation scripts that use ODATA APIs with different SAP and non-SAP systems. This will help you integrate with systems such as SuccessFactors, which do not run on native SAP technologies, enabling users to enter data directly from Excel.
